I think there is some confusion about Town & Country which is the complex that includes Barnes & Noble, Randall's, William Sonoma, and more deeper into City Centre, which is a European designed "City Center." Town & Country is not a Euro designed center, it is a traditional American high end strip mall, with open, free parking. When you drive one block through Town & Country, past Kimberly rd, past Nori's sushi, etc. you will enter City Centre which has limited paid street parking, and ample garage parking, featuring at least three large paid parking garages. You can download the parking ap to pay with your phone. It's well worth it for a great shopping, dining, bowling, or movie experience.

Town and County has a big parking lot and City Centre has a parking garage and valet parking. No paid street parking like downtown.
