You must show your ID and verify it's your vehicle, a theft deterrent and it's also the law. They will do the key in the Parts Department while you wait.
Call them and they should be able to get you a key by your VIN number.

You can get a new key made at a Nissan auto care center, I believe...you would have to bring the car in and if you're unable to just go there so they can give you further guidance or advice.
Its gonna be on the high side, price wise, but they can make it.
