I am new to Longview and had to have an oil change done, and because my Nissan has a recall, I took my car to Paterson Nissan for the oil change and to ask about the recall. I made the appointment through their website which did not take long at all. Gabe, my service technician, was very helpful. If he did not have an answer to my questions, he asked someone who did. When it came to explaining some things that I needed to know he explained it to where I could understand it. I will definitely return, and when it's time possibly buy my next car from there.

If you have awesome credit and a great trade in maybe...but it rarely happens. Sometimes you have better luck getting financed thru your personal bank than thru a dealership lender.
I do apologize. I wasn't aware that you wanted a call back as you said you were coming in that afternoon to speak with the finance manager. As we spoke about on the phone; the bank decides how the loan scores better. The dealership doesn't make that decision.
Call them but if I were you I would def use someone else.
