Employees were very attentive & friendly upon arrival. Took my vehicle efficiently & said it would be approx 1 hour. After an hour & 15 minutes I had to flag one down to ask how much longer. I was told they were just doing the paperwork. 15 minutes later they finally said it was done. I was a bit frustrated it took so long, I was just getting a key programmed, & I felt frustraded that I had to figure out the current status, but the employees were very friendly & professional.

I was coerced into trekking to Robbins Nissan. There are several factors that come into play. I was told that my modest down payment was not a problem and they would be able to work something out. My truck was stolen so I walked the 3 miles to the dealership. I am disabled and 65 years old. The hike was gruesome. The dealership refused to give me a ride even though I asked, and almost begged. The sales rep, who KNEW I was on my way, had the audacity to leave before I got there. I was told more than once that she would call me back too. Never happened. There were repeated and numerous lies told. The walk was extremely dangerous and difficult. They didn't even offer me a cold soda or water, or a ride back. Heartless, ruthless people. If you like lies then, by all means, this is the place for you!
