Can you fish in Cullen park? Is there any place close to the park to go fishing? If so, is it catch and release only? Thanks for any help in advance.

The water is deep at bear creek and I always see people fishing there.

No water deep enough to fish in. Go to Mary Jo Peckem park to fish. Catch and release there.
