Sorry! I asked the wrong question. Is the Alkek Velodrome Bike Track free for the general public to use? Like can i just ride my bike on the track if there's not an event going on there?

Not really it has a use fee...you have to use a specific type of bicycle if you don't have one you can rent one...you need to be trained in how to ride it safely and what the paint markings and verbiage are.
