Horrible service 👎🏾 the dude act like he didnt want to take my order and when he did he got the order wrong and when we asked for sauce he closed the window in our face

The place is so busy that they don't practice customer service or courtesy.

This is not the best place to go through the drive-thru. They aren't geared to provide quality service...but instead to get food out quickly. If you want ambience and quality customer service...this is not the place to go. But if you want a club like atmosphere and quick food...then this is the spot. But don't go looking for perfection...you won't find it.

Kenya is not kidding. I visit this Chachos regularly. The place has gone downhill for the past 3 years. It was open 24 hrs in the lobby, now the place closes down from 5-7 it seeems for cleaning. REALLY? One of your biggest avenue of business is the AM on-the-way-to-work crowd. Half the time, you see employees standing outside smoking between 5-6! The drive thru service is terrible. You drive up and "Chaco's", that's it. Then ..."pull up to the window", only to place your order again because they couldnt hear you in drive thru. A complete JOKE! Clean the restaurant between 4am-6am.

The service is horrible, the people are not friendly but the food is really good.

Never had that happen before this house so out of character
