Is anyone interested in starting a chain complaint review to get the attention of the owner? The employees always place the blame on the owner. This place is terrible. See the video. Why was this guy just walking around in the kitchen no unif.

I'm with you I have to Drive past this location to go to Westheimer location they don't care about customers

They jus need to Knock that place down and rebuild and hire new employees...Jus nasty!!

I couldnt load the video, but i poated a review this AM with the images of the guy walking around in the kitchen near the food. He did NOT have gloves on by the way and walked right iver and started stirring the food. Wth? But thanks for your responses.

I am not sure of joining a chain complaint for I have only had good experiences. Going through the drive thru I did notice ppl wearing gloves touch everything with the same gloves they use to make food. Where can the video be found?
