Yes there is. This is flounder season. You must be very sensitive to the pull on your pole when they bite you must pull them up quick. They are smart. Be aware of the laws and limit on what you can keep and what you must throw back. Happy fishing

I fished there on a whim back in September from the shore. Saw lots of bluegill swimming around the shallows. Threw out a spinner-bait at a small boil and nabbed a 1/2 largemouth.
