Very nice lake park, It's next to a High School. We were there for the Halloween Tunk or Treat. Huge involvement form the community. Local fire and police departments were there for kids to meet.

A very good place to fish and more

They need to put gates up around that area where families hang out. To easy for a small child to slip into that bayou.

I enjoy this little quiet spot

Every year...get there early to get a good spot. Bring mosquito repellent!!
Yes...a number of pavilions that do have to be reserved
Terry I reccomend you look up the texas parks and wildlife regulations for texas, they apply to any lake that doesnt have rules posted saying otherwise.
I don't know you can swim but you can fish
I don't think so I just be seeing people wit the rod and reel
Its illegal to catch any game fish with a cast net. You need to go to Texas Parks and wildlife and read cast net regulations before the game warden gives you a really big ticket
Pets are allowed but as always you will have to pick up after them as a courtesy to others who are you using the park as well
I'm not sure about that type of fish; however, there are various types of fish in the lakes at Buffalo Run Park. If you do decide to go fishing there please be aware of the snakes & alligators that habitat there.
Thanks buddy .my friend wanted to take his son fishing an i showed him buffalo run if he wanted to give it a shot. And he said,"do you what type fish are out here i told him not rite now i lloked around to see if iseen some locals fishing .but no luck.thanks man

I'm not sure but I've gone fishing with my family and we've never had any problems.
I highly doubt it. I have never seen anybody crabbing here.
public events, quinceanera, birthday party, wedding celebration, anniversary, rallies. Not much.
Not deep enough to swim or dive, which are both forbidden in the Park.
Yes, it is recommended because if it is reserved by someone else they have the right to tell them to move. Call the Missouri City number.
no
Went today caught a few decent size bass, however lost 4 lures in the process sooooo even trade?
It depends if u went during the eeek or weekend. They have different times.
I believe you need a permit in order to fish at public parks in Texas, even if just for hobby.
Back in the summer I saw panfish in the shallows, they would hit jigs, and saw largemouth bass pushing shad into the shallows. Nabbed the bass on a spinner-bait.
No we went over there we didn't. Need a license
