Were can someone get help with housing if he is single and has a dog. He is living in his car with his dog. His life turned for the worst months ago that left him homless than jobless. He is wanting to get on his feet but he needs some help.

Formally homeless and just got housing. Nobody will accept your dog unless you have a letter from a doctor stating that your dog is an emotional support animal. And if it has any pitt bull or any other fighting type dog then dont count on it. My dog is still in foster care until i get a letter and hes just a little bitty thing

He needs to go first to the Coalition for the Homeless, and see if they can find him some place that accepts both pets and Homeless together. They should be able to set him up with something as long as he's willing to do his part, and not give the place any problems in the first place, like loud noises or any smells related to dog messes.
