Purchased a CPO vehicle here. Found many issues with the car since the first day of use: thread depth is less than 2/32 on all four tires; rear wheels were not aligned; defective steering wheel column; creaking driver's seat spring; passenger seat heater not working. I have no idea how the vehicle could meet CPO requirements having such issues (and that's just what I've found so far). Experience with the finance manager was completely disappointing. He never asked me about my preferences for where I'd like to finance my vehicle and he spoiled my credit report by making 5 redundant hard pulls. The APR was ridiculously high for my score - I had to refinance the car loan later. And he talked me into purchasing a "windshield and interior protection" package, which, as it turned out, is essentially a warranty in case of small windshield cracks or chips. Also he prepared this contract for 5 years - however when he asked me for how long I want to keep the vehicle I said no more than 2-3 years. When I decided to cancel it (due to multiple reasons), this person was not cooperative and said that they applied a so-called "solution" to my windshield, which makes this aftermarket product non cancellable and non refundable, even partially. Beware of their windshield, interior or paint protection, since if you changed your mind, totaled or sold your vehicle before the "protection" ends, the dealership will decline your cancellation attempts in a rude way. And check even CPO vehicles thoroughly - their inspection standards are far from perfect.
