The center and the garden is definitely accessible with handicap parking and concrete paths. Many of the trails in the back are stone paths and would be difficult to use.
They have been making a lot of new improvements to the center. Some of the trails should be fine with a wheelchair and the employees are very nice. I'm sure they'd be happy to recommend the best trails for you to explore. I have difficulty walking long distances and make use of the benches along the trails. The newer trails seem to be a little easier to walk on. The center and parking lot is handicap friendly and I'm sure they want input from guests with mobility issues. Let them know if you have issues or need help. :)
