Great experience with sales. Fernando, my salesman, listened to what features i wanted on my car and found it at a great price. He also provided great details on the two cars I was researching to give me a great comparison. Finance couldn’t beat my pre-approved interest rate as was told to me during the paperwork. Once i got to finance, they couldn’t and being a holiday was reluctant to work with my credit union. Dinging them one star for their reluctancy to work with my credit union at my preferred rate. Ended up financing through their preferred lender at a higher rate. I’m very happy with the car. Everything I wanted and more!

My experience so far about this dealership has been farrr from great...i first spoke with a gentleman by the name of Adam which was amazing and very helpful (but later learned he was only at a call center) for the dealership...I called the dealership back a couple of days later to speak with him and to let him know i was like to proceed with trying to get the car and was never told I couldn't speak to him or that he was only a call rep. I was told they would rely a message for him or someone to call me back..which never happened. I called back again to talk to Adam or someone who can help me answer some questions about the vehicle and they were rude and didn't act as if they cared if or when i came in to get the vehicle..never had any info of me ever calling for interest in a car or me speaking to anyone..This would be my 3rd time purchasing a care from far away or out of state and this by far has been of of the worst experiencing I've been having so far.

How long does it take to perform diagnostics? I brought my vehicle to the Central Land Rover on 3/6/21. It is now 3/10/21 and I am still waiting on the service technician to complete diagnostics. Service Advisor told me they would call me?!
