Have you tried to contact their Concierge desk? Maybe they can help or direct you to the correct department.
Send your email to the general manager
Depending what the issue is in regards, you can ask for guest service the day of the event or call customer service/concierge to resolve your problem.
Look on Google
The phone number is on the website. Press the selection for hotel reservations and just tell them you want Caesars Las Vegas and they transfer you to the front desk. It takes 2 mins. We did it no problem ourselves!
You can easily Google the Palace and the contact methods are explained on their website. I've emailed them before and I received a prompt response.
I'm sorry but I asked my self the same question while I'm here, there's not much help available. The only way I was able to communicate with someone over the phone was when I dialed looking to book a reservation, I asked the agent to help me because that I wasn't able to talk to anyone, he transferred me.
I don't know they have really went down hill my father worked there for 18 years & it turned into a real ghetto fabulous place
If your at the hotel the concierge might help not the front desk

On there website they have a concierge desk number

Find the concierge desk. If your at the hotel. Or call. Ad hope they are not to busy and someone will answer. Or email. They will respond.
Go to Concierge
If you are in the hotel, look for someone in person. They are not that good at answering the phones.
