Let me be very clear and very fair this place is a HOTEL not weekly! They only offer 28 day stays! Then You have to take everything you own and leave for 24 hours! The price is currently $500 for 7 days they are fully furnished with a full kitchen and bathroom! But there are roaches not a lot but I have seen quite a few too much for my taste! Other then that pretty quiet not too many people walking around or hanging out side! I would say this a temporary situational place not permanent pets are welcome for a fee they do take evictions but no felonies or crimes ! GOOD LUCK GUYS!

Not good!! These are 28 day max hotel rooms. The units here are $100 more a week because they are "updated". The only good thing I have noticed were the showers- hot water with pressure. Cabinets are broken, oven doesn't work, head board falls (just leaning against wall), no light, and ROACHES everywhere. Then you have to walk by units which smell so bad you can smell outside, trash everywhere, and people doing their laundry in walk ways. Not to mention no pool or gym (they're closed). The office makes new rules as they go- a minor can't have internet code but can pay rent.

I've never stayed in a weekly or a monthly however if you paid for a full week, bi-weekly or month and Management took the funds, gave you a receipt but then served you a No Cause, if they didn't allow you to stay through your payment or refund you, it is illegal. You can file an affidavit with the judge by going down to RJC, the Self Help Center has plenty of information and forums. I'd fight it, especially b/c they, according to you, have stolen your money. Also if you've been there long enough to show proof you aren't a Hotel Guest but a Tenant in their "Apartments," it'll add crediability to your argument. Plus, the moment any landlord accepts a payment, cashes the payment and/or gives you a receipt for the payment - that too becomes a legal binding contract between tenant & landlord, both parties obligated to fulfill their sides. They did not.
Yes
Wouldn't count on it though, there's also a fee attached to get you belongings if I'm not mistaken. A "storage fee".
Good question.. and good luck
Their rates are constantly changing, so your best bet would be to give them a call and ask
I don't think they will background check you to let you live there, BUT they do report all the names of their tenants to metro every month. So metro can run your name for warrants. If you have a warrant and are living there they will send metro to you door and conveniently provide them with a key to your door. So I DO NOT recommend living here if you have or will have warrants of any kind.
Yes, you can find the local corporate number in your local white pages directory..
It's April 2nd 2019, Currently 1 bedroom is $304.54 for the first 4 weeks. After a month it drops $269. And it's one of the few weeklys on boulder that has availabilities and are less than 400-500$ a week.
Yes there is another one w mikes from here this location an its also on boulder highway
There are no such thing as paperwork on a Service Animals. If you have one...you should find out the laws. They can only ask you 2 questions, legally, about your Service Animal. Are you disabled? (Not what your disability is and if it's an obvious disability, they can't ask. The second being, what type of Service does your Animal provide? That's it!
