Bachanal Buffet where you can choose from a lot of choices of foods, Seafoods, American, Mexican, Italian and Asian... Plus a variety of mouth watering desserts. It's more or less 500 items.
Fremont Street is a party in itself and anywhere along the strip. The Flamingo has a few good spots behind their hotel.
Stk in cosmopolitan is excellent but make sure you get a player card prior to the weekend. They only let guests of the hotel and player club members get reservations on the weekends

Fremont Street if you're looking to drink and eat and have fun and see a lot of stuff it has everything or anywhere you want on the strip all the casinos have food places in them on the strip you just have to pick and choose but Fremont Street is the best when you're looking to get some drinks and have fun
For a quick bite such as pizza you have Difara Pizza, outside of Cesar's you have Gordon Ramsay except you need to set reservations well before you arrive in Vegas, Vanderpump is also a great place,
Fat burger bar. It's outside but they have warmers and the bar tenders are generous. Happy 30th!!!
I can not remember the name but right across the street from Ballys is a really good Italian restaurant

I went to club omnia last week and it was a ton of fun
There's a lot of great places to eat depends what you are in the mood for and how many people I prefer the Mediterranean foods
