My experience is if you have a toddler or infant, The Ticket Office may be accommodating. However, preschool kids will need a ticket. In addition, there is the family section where family discounts exist. As for prices? No clue
Not sure about the cut-off age limit. Do know that a 7yr. old did in fact need a ticket. Possibly may depend on the event. Like I. Said, not sure.
