It is true that Marijuana is recreationally legal under specific guidelines in the State of Nevada. As far as your probation goes, you will not be allowed to use MJ. Your roommate is not under our jurisdiction, but your residence is. You will be required to submit to drug tests and possibly counseling as well.
It shouldnt make a difference. As long as its kept in his room and not in commen areas I could be wrong
Well, I don’t or have ever smoked marijuana so that’s not a problem, it just that everyone here smokes mj and it’s hard to find a roommate that does not, nor do I have the financial stability to live on my own. It’s either here or the car. Just trying to make sure I will be ok. Any or all answers are appreciated thanks.
