No I don't think so
Yes, you can purchase a 'guest pass.' A member can purchase a Costco Cash Card (Prepaid Gift Card) and gift it to a non-member. The non-member can use the Costco Cash Card to enter the warehouse and make purchases. Please note, however, that once the Costco Cash Card has been fully spent, it will be discarded by the cashier at purchase and one must either purchase a membership or make use of a new Costco Cash Card to enter again. Also worth noting, ANYONE can purchase from Costco.com, though there is a variable non-member surcharge. Usually $5, due at checkout. (Unless you live in California, there is no non-member surcharges for California Residents)
Yes Haley's answer is correct but iy you want top quality products many in bulk you are not going to waste your 35 dollar membership fees prescription and the food court are both open to the public including purchases
You can always walk in and look, but to purchase items you have to be a member.
