This review is not for the dr. it's for the receptionist. I went in because I was interested in becoming a new patient, and this woman did not want to give me the time of day. I've never experienced such rude customer service. She wouldn't even come up to me to greet me and have a conversation. She sat behind a wall and peaked her head over and I said hi I want to make an appointment. I said I was new, and she said what insurance do you have and then immediately said we don't take that and turned away. I said really because online it says you do? She never responded never looked at me and eventually she realized I was not leaving and said were not taking new patients and turned back around. This is who you have representing your office.
