With no insurance the visit is a flat amount and they will give you a print out at check out with all prices for recommendations. If you have insurance you will pay your copay and will have to contact your insurance to help you determine with recommended services are covered and at what cost to you. This is not something the office will know.
Well I used my insurance in some stuff.. but some assessments have different price .. starting at 250
