Staff is nice but unprofessional. If your appt is delayed past an hour they should communicate with you that it is delayed and offer you to reschedule instead of keeping you waiting for over an hour and calling people that have just arrived. I saw the room fill up and clear twice prior to getting called. I understand delays happen and that is totally fine but not communicating and treating clients as just a number is unacceptable.

Lets Face it, i would not in my 60s have stunning skin without Lakes Dermatology. A shoutout to the fantastic Staff who are always very caring and knowledgable.
