Hello I have a question. If I come in to get a repair done, will you guys call me to tell me it’s ready to pick up and I pay for it? Or do you guys wait until I have the money to come to the store and pay?

We do charge $50 Diagnostics fee / Deposit at the time of checking the device. After we determine the issue, we will call you for approval of total cost. Once you you agree and pay we go ahead and process with the repair .
