Need new phone
Last time I was in two weeks ago they were only taking appointments. Best to call before you go to be sure. Not all phones are in stock either so once again check before you go.
Sorta? Not Verizon here, so just speaking from my experience. We bought a phone online and picked it up and that seems to be the preferred way, but people were showing up at the door and getting taken in turn. Also they said they were opening more stores soon.
