We will always try to make sure you had a great adventure at the Runaway. If you ride and aren't happy, let us know! We can't work miracles but if there was something negative in your experience that we could have prevented we will do our best to make it right.
They work pretty hard to make sure every rider leaves happy.

I'm sure that if it weren't operator error, they would consider it. You need to sign a lengthy release form before you can ride.
The folks that own and run it are very nice and honest. I'm sure if there was an issue, they would honor a refund, or give another ride.
