Complaint. My husband went to get me a fish sandwich. Was given a chicken sandwich I took it back. While I was waiting a young lady was eating out the fries service was poor I won't go back

I never go to that wendy on lake ave.the services is pretty bad and that plase is always dirty...

All of the fast food places can be very slow. We have to love it because we keep on going back😎

I have seen a few circumstances that were undesirable at this Wendy's. No Customer Service

This place is the worse. They should close this down. They "forgot" the sandwich of a combo meal. Realize it when I got home. I called to let them know what happened and said I will be back for the sandwich. Well I got cursed out by some ratchet chic then Thomas the manager gets on the phone and invites me to come down to fight but he wasnt going to give me the sandwich nor refund my money. I called corporate and they were just as bad. No customer service!!!!!!!!

Ive gone to this Wendy's for years. I will say the service is slow. I have rarely gone inside so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Be patient. I've had way worse at the Wendy's on Winton Rd in Henrietta. Manager was a straight ratchet crackhead herself. And all the staff high too as they simply giggled hysterically when I told them that they gave me cold fries and cold burger. A joke? I've never gone back and never will. This Wendy's on lake is 100x better in all aspects!

The only thing this Wendy's is good for is if you need to buy crack or heroin ...9 times ot if teen while going thru the drive thru a junkie will come up to your window and actually knock on it if you don't roll it down along for change... and the store does nothing to stop this
