I don't think they just accept it without checking if it's counterfeit. Just use a debit or credit cards and you don't have to worry about it. They prefer it anyway because it speeds up their lines. Most all retailers are checking, I would.

They have NOT been accepting $100 bills recently due to the counterfeits that have been found in circulation. Stop at your bank and ask for smaller denominations.
No clue, I never have that much money. I know they take EBT. Also $50 bills.
I don't know as I have never tried paying my bill with a $100 note. They do accept credit cards.
