BUYER BEWARE FOR BABY REGISTRY! I recently had my baby shower and I received 2 identical car seats however I only needed one. When I went to return the second car seat, buy buy baby charged me a 20% restocking fee! 66$!…I was told I needed the gift receipt for a gift that was bought from my registry at this store. BEWARE! Or Rudely ask all of your guests to attach a gift receipt to presents

HORRIBLE customer service! Despite the store practically being empty and us being the only people in line waiting to pay, the employee working at the cashier, whom had a short orange wig on, acted like we were bothering her and interrupting her chitchatting with another co worker. She was very unfriendly, gave me an attitude, refused to apply a coupon because she accidentally hit “skip” and couldn’t re scan things because she was rushing and after we paid she just turned around immediately and went back to chitchatting with the co worker. You’d think this being a baby store and us having had our baby with us, they’d atleast been more nice or atleast not give you an attitude because you need to pay for your items and they didn’t feel like cashing you out because you were interrupting their chitchatting. Very unprofessional staff at cashier area.
