Be VERY careful with these guys. When you ask them to cancel your membership, get paperwork and check your bank account to make sure they are not still charging you. I called customer service to resolve this issue and they would not refund me. I couldn't imagine doing this to a customer in my line of work. -P.S. ***Read all the other reviews on how they finesse people who try to end their membership.***

I stopped in for the first time in a few years. It was nice to get out in public again. I have grown in strength and developed mentally, physically, and spiritually. The greatest feature here is nice people to talk with while lifting. They gave me positive vibes. The staff was super kind as well! I would definitely stop in time to time for a lift away from lifting at my home. Social skills and human interaction is critical for networking and building life.

Appreciate the amenities but I wish those hours were back to what they used to be M-F 5am-11pm and Saturday and Sunday 5am-8pm. Surprisingly I didn’t know how bad I needed those times
