If you live in mo you need your property taxes paid at the main court house; insurance; tittle of vehichle properly filled out ;inspection; plus the regular fees that comes with registering a vehicle.

Depending on the year you will be required to show a recent Missouri State inspection for an older model. Proof of insurance. And the tax waiver I believe you can get one over the phone by calling the Boone County Collector personal property tax office ask for a receipt. And the State title of vehicle or some states keep titles with a lien and provide you with the application to license. However the state is where you originally from. And take a letter with your name address of residency iin Boone county also some may ask for a bill of sale from previous owner/seller,
