I have previously worked there and a lot of workers will put you on hold and then never think about you again. Calling earlier in the day gives you a better chance of reaching someone, but electronics and photo were always bad about answering their phone if someone was actually paged over there. But if you really want to talk to someone ask for Kaycie!
Yes walmart should not be your first stop for friendly all knowing empoyees i can tell horror stories like the black lady working cusomer service and returns i have never met a more ignorant walmart empoyee since her at the cedar springs location kinda old got gray running through her hair and heavy set wow all i got to say a piece of work i mean nobody goes to work for this extablishment to ne good at anything but giving customers a hard time bad information or the wrong product
