i dont see it being a issue, so long as you have the receipt. its barely out of the 90 day return period, and since the product has been recalled theyll probably give you some leeway. worst case scenario is you have to end up returning it to the manufacturer, which either way you it would be made right, im assuming, it would just take a little longer.
