I don't see a question here but, if you feel the pups are being neglected, I know they're almost always looking for volunteers and are usually short handed. Perhaps you might be interested.
The problem with volunteers are you have to be over 13 AND you have to have your parent or legal adult with you because they are to lazy to watch you themselves, I suggest you go to SICA and tell them when the neglect seems to be worse than usual, they usually adopt all the animals out as soon as they get something of such terrors is happening there so the animals can actually feel loved and taken care of until they are adopted
Most of these places are understaffed and if you would see the amount of dogs that have it will be hard to train them all. I would think if you had your dog over a year that you should have done some training on your own.
My wife got me a dog off of the computer buy a rescue group I have fallen in love with this dog he will not leave me alone it took about a month because he was so abused but you would never know he was abused now I support anyone who does rescue animals
Animal shelters dont really care about the animals they can't even train them and get them ready for a new home we got a dog from a shelter and a year later had to put him down all over stupidly he was not trained right be caution about the pound
Yea like county jail in there
