Lead acid batteries like Car, Truck, Exit Light, Motorcycle, etc are free. There are fees for other batteries including household batteries like AAs, AAAs, Cs, Ds and 9Vs.

Yes. I replaced my car battery with new one and got 10$ discount. I assume for other batteries its free .
