There are a lot of condos in this area and I searched months before finding this one at Eagles Lake. I love the condo and the location. The landscaping is always nice and pool is wonderful on a hot day. I have found the residents to be very friendly, and I really like my immediate neighbors. While many residents are more mature, it’s because they have lived here for many years. Several told me they have been here over 20 years. The nice new entrance allows us to be a closed off community, and is much better than the bumpy road we were taking. I am happy that I chose the Eagles Lake community as my new home.

This place has clearly gone downhill and the HOA might be one of the worst in the area. Make sure you read the fine print before you sign your papers or you'll need to make room in your budget for petty fines. Not even deserving of one star.
