Yes they do and I live here and they don't care about the hati been to prison and they let me here

Don't know about the misdemeanor but all the accept is HUD housing.
The complex does do HUD housing and I think equal housing opportunity keeps them from judging based on past offenses. I really don't think a misdemeanor would lower your chances.
