I was trying so hard to get one of these units. I didn't know until recently that with my section 8 voucher, I don't qualify for a 3 bedroom. In the process, I talked to as many people as I could about getting my voucher resized and mind you, I have 1 child. CMHA told me I don't qualify at all because of having 1 child. This complex knew all along that I was never going to get a place here. But still told me I have to have a voucher for a 3 bedroom. They chose to waste their own time, not just mine. Now I'm just waiting to get my holding fee back. Which is supposed to take 30 days? I read on the documents that they have 7 days after approval to give you your holding fee back regardless of being denied or approved. It's been way longer then that!! The office manager has been rude since day one of this process and so impatient. All the bad staff reviews speak for themselves. Spare yourself and your family the trouble. Don't even try to live here.

This place is junk. They don't fix anything and the kids are always in YOUR YARD and banging on YOUR stuff. You can't enjoy anything with brats screaming. They don't clean off roads and sidewalks. The management is horrible.

Great place to live.. quite.. awesome for the kids ,the employees in the office that we have now are great they came into alot of neglect of the property and have been trying their hardest with what they can to turn it around great job Monique and staff
