I wanted to give a shout-out to a member of the maintenance team. Ronnie is the nicest person we have dealt with he takes great pride in his work. He goes above and beyond to try and fix problems residents are dealing with. We hope to deal with him in the future if any other problems arise. Thank you Ronnie!

I absolutely hate living here, I can’t ever sleep past 9am because of all of the constant construction. Not to mention I haven’t been able to park in my OWN lot for weeks. I have to park at a completely different lot, and walk with groceries, my child, or anything I have. I have asked about parking and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. I get off at 10:30pm and I cannot even park at my own apartment any night that I get home . I will NOT be renewing my lease in March, and I will NOT recommend this place to absolutely anyone. They never emailed me back, I had to go up to the office to fix my issue and once again have been told there is nothing they can do.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! It's a scam!!! I have now lived here seven years. They believe demand is up, so they mowed lawns, constant repainting outside, and power washed buildings to look nice enough to move people in. But the insides aren't worth the new higher prices. 2022 prices for a 90s apartment. Hopefully when I move out they update my unit. The maintenance men are great but overworked. So I make multiple requests that go unanswered. Then they get rush fixed, until a bigger problem comes up. Maintenance men are mainly used to keep the appearance up. I cannot state this enough, the maintenance crew is amazing! But the management for them could improve. This place has so much potential to be good. It can be a good enough for now place. But the core here needs some work. They were on the up and up when I moved in. The area is growing rapidly. And the core of this place couldn't keep up. Instead of staying a comfortable, cozy, and affordable safe haven, they became about appearances and wanting to appear luxury. They need long term changes to keep long term residents. I want to say more nice things about them! There have been good times here, and bad. Maybe I expect too much. Will update later after my lease finished and I am moved out with how they handled that process. Surprise surprise, they handled it terribly! I scheduled a move out walk through to guarantee I get my deposit back. Waste of time. The guy I had an appointment with was late, didn't talk to me, only took pictures. No one in the office knew any details of what my deposit was or who I could discuss my move out and details with. Then I get my letter in the mail for frivolous charges to make sure I owe them money. No! After seven years you HAVE to change the carpets. After a pet deposit, and seven years of monthly pet fees, you have thousands of dollars for decontamination. Dry wall damage??? What about the mold issue you painted over or the yearly flooding that occured that is documented in my work order history??? I tried to be the best Tennant I could be to save for a house, but said screw it with the housing market and how awful this place got. I will find a lawyer if need be. If you can't afford a lawyer, you can't afford to get ripped off by this place!!! Move elsewhere!!!
