Yes. They have outdoor sinks at the rest rooms and there is usually a site open where you can get water if you are tenting.
The sites have water and electrical hookups. Not sure about few tent sites.
There are water and electric on most every site if that's the question. If there are a few tent sites that I'm not aware of without their own water spigot, there is no shortage of available spigots around with water access. The campground is on well water, which has been of excellent quality on the ten plus years we've been going there.
