There's one floor. Things are very well organized as to men-women-boys-girls-big & tall. They have different discounts each week on specific items, like 80% off men's golf shirts, for example. Usually 2 or 3 items each week. Mostly designer name brands, but selection is constantly rotating. If you're looking for a specific thing, call first.
One floor. Clothes are not placed my style Or size. It's by color. That's OK for the Salvation Army or Goodwill. But purchasing new items., it's hard to find anything

As noted, there is only one floor. The racks are organized by color. Each time I've been there it is sensory overload as clothes fall to the floor and sizes on hangers are not normally accurate.
Yes, it is only one floor. The second floor is blocked off. The items are discounted, and there are signs on the clothing racks that describe discounts on either the original price or the lowest ticketed price. You will need to check the signs for each rack, but the prices are good.

There is only one floor. It is located inside Eastgate Mall. Dillard's is the only outlet I believe.
