My sister and I went in on Saturday and had a really pleasant experience because of Ian’s outstanding customer service and hospitality. I have been buying my sons hats there for over a decade, and Ian stands out because of his enthusiasm and kindness. I can’t wait my son to see his new hat with his nickname embroidered on the back on Christmas morning.

After stopping at the Monroe outlet lids location to investigate custom embroidery, I visited the Eastgate Mall lids location today. Both stores were especially helpful. But Charles went above and beyond the call of duty while filling in at the Eastgate location. He’s a credit to your company and great with customers. He was able to add the embroidery that I wanted and exceeded my expectations

Bobbie the “store manager” is DISGUSTING with a very bad attitude. Just nasty for no reason!!!! She shouldn’t be the manager of anything, anywhere. Her customer service skills are terrible but matches her appearance so what can you expect!
