The only ones that can get a gift is target, walmart, best buy and yes krogers does have a harley davidson gift cards. But if you are trying to buy something then I suggest the dealerships. And ask somebody there maybe they can help you

Only at Harley Davidson stores. But, you can get a Visa, or MC at Kroger. They take all ccs.

I'm pretty sure it's only at the dealership but you could always get a visa gift card if you can't get out there.
