These are the most unprofessional people you will ever see they cut you after 1 practice and basically tell you that you aren't good enough instead of helping you develop and grow and take your money afterwards it's a scam don't play for these people

You would have to try out. Sprinkle tryouts are the last week of May and first week of June. Winter Supplemental Tryouts, to full spots on current teams, are the last week of October or first week of November. Due to time commitment you would need to live in the US after try outs.
