PLEASE READ!! I Have never rode a motorcycle. Don't even know much about them,but always wanted one. I'm finally in a financial position to buy one. Ever stop by a good friend or family members house unannounced and find them in the middle of whatever it was they were doing before you showed up. They see you and just stop, glad to see you, come over to greet you and happy to see you and put there once occupied attention on you, and its genuine. I met Rob and the staff today, had a loan approval already, they had know clue who i was. They came up to me and i got that genuine feeling i described above. They learn my name as Michael. I have never felt so welcome at any retail store, heck not even at some family's house. sorry i know this is long but important you read it to under stand what kind of people work at this dealership. I explained i have never rode a bike but always wanted one. I am disabled, visibly wearing braces on both my knees, but never felt that i was treated an y differently. We went threw the bikes until we found one i could get my legs over, they were determine to make sure i was comfortable. i found my bike the one i really wanted. My son was with me and was looking to buy one as well, he was never pressured while my deal was being written up. Talking to these guy's was very easy and laid back.As i was talking to Rob i explained that i have been very sick for the last 14 years, Two days earlier was actually the first time i've been able to walk with braces in 5 years, did not share that with them, this was a bigger deal for me than they fully knew. i had been having a good few weeks and felt it was now or never to buy a motorcycle because there's no cure for my illness, and thought i was finally manageable to ride. They got the exact payment i needed, It was no Haggle, easiest deal i've ever had buying anything. I put a large deposit down until my wife could sign her paperwork. i was so excited. i was amazed how nice and caring the staff was. i had my contract signed just waiting for my wife's co signature. my deal was basically done. i started feeling bad on my way home and talking to my son about his concerns for me riding a bike safely. when we got home i just went down,my legs had just given out, validating my sons concern. i was not going to be able to do this one thing i wanted so bad, i was not going to be strong enough to ride. here i am just basically bought an expensive dream and was not going to be able to enjoy it. I was lost, did not know what i was going to do about this motorcycle i just bought. i was raised where a man is as good as his word and a hand shake has value. I had to make the call to Rob and explain the new but old predicament i was in. what was going to Happen with this contract i obligated my self to. i was very upset, i could not believe his solution.he was very sympathetic and with out hesitation told me they never want there customers to feel unsafe or that they weren't able to safely control there bike. he knew i was upset and how important i valued my word, He said come in tomorrow and they will refund my deposit. This deal was done but his concern was me feeling safe and being safe. That was his main objective not loosing money on a sale. Rob and every single person at Queen City are the real deal. it's clear to see they have integrity of the highest level. There Honorable and care about there customers. In the world we live in today this is almost unheard of. If i could give 100 stars i would. They are a business and are there to make money but there priority is there customers. they were compassionate with my situation and for that i want to thank them, you are family here, that was what i take a way from this, there are still honest and compassionate good people in sales and you will get nothing less than honesty and care from Queen City Harley Davidson.
