Never seen quarts in truck stops. Sell by the gallon. 16.99 a gallon typically. A dollar more than rotella at Wal-Mart.
Greg, if all you need is a quart of any of the branded diesel service oils, you're going to be far better off going to your local auto parts store or Walmart. Also, depending on which brand you prefer, Pilot may not have it in quarts at all...
