You have to put an application in. You must be at least 62 years old or disabled. You have to give them time to review and process your application. It could take a while, especially, if they don't have a vacancy. So I don't think the 1st of next month will work for you. The rent is 30% of your income; whether it's from Social Security or disability. (Utilities included). They do have 2 elevators that go up and down to the 11th floor.
