What the new patient process

You have to fill out some paperwork prior to come in there call them up and I'll give you the information to fill out get labs from the doctor. They will schedule you you have to sit through about two hours of lecturer and video from the doctor Daniel go and get weighed and body fat and they will give you your medication if you are prior military is $10 off so the $89 if you're not it's $99 every time you lose 10 pounds when you go back is $10 off

All new patients or patients who have not been in within 3 years of their last appointment are required to sit through a lecture with one of our Physician. The class is very beneficial & quite entertaining. We are able to provide you with information to fill your paperwork out online. You may call with any further questions you may have :)

I've been a patient for a while but it used to be that you had to go there, fill out paperwork, sit through a class, then see the physician.
