This company has very poor communication. We called to renew promotion after 2 years, we were not given an option for a discount. We called to get information on canceling and returning modem,we were offered discount bc we left and obtained new service. After closing account we were told to drop modem off at nearest Spectrum Store.The employees working asked if I was swapping or returning modem. They would not return it and told me to go to a UPS store. It was communicated by their company to drop off to them and obtain receipt. Rude employees, will never have their services again!
