This walmart was a joke called customer service 5 times to see if my pick up waa ready after it supposibly delayed but yet was in stock drive up here what do you know its sitting there reasy for pick up no email sent nothing and had to wait for them

Always ask for a manager first thing

Sorry, for your treatment at Wal-Mart. But it's more likely the person you dealt with during the transaction. Next time ask for the manager or a manager as they have one for every dept.

I haven't had any issues with that. They have always let me know when it was ready, and it is always there when I go to pick up...BUT... once I got they're to pick up and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to get it for me. One person was on break so another, who apparently had no knowledge of how to proceed, took at least 10 minutes to get my order across the counter to me. All the time shaking her head and complaining about it.

I have had slow pickup, but overall not too bad.
